Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Project administration and monitoring
- Report procurement status
- Keep all internal stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the procurement process
- Onboard new team members on SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Identify risks/showstoppers and propose quick mitigation actions
Procurement management
- Support TPMO team during creation of project procurement plans
- Create and follow up procurement requests until final delivery (with proper quality control upon delivery)
- Follow up on invoices and corresponding payments
- Interface management of stakeholders within TII ecosystem (ARRC PMO, Procurement, Logistics, etc.)
