Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and track project timelines and milestones
Allocate staff based on skills, availability, and priorities
Maintain resource dashboards and utilization reports
Coordinate communication between teams and leadership
Assist in standardizing processes and improving efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar)
3+ years in project coordination/resource planning
Strong skills in MS Excel, project tools (e.g., Asana, CaseWare)
Experience in audit, consulting, or professional services preferred
