Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with material and manpower cost tracking for Villa construction/Renovation projects. Manage daily manpower reports and ensure efficient workforce allocation. Handle employee welfare, including health, safety, and compliance with labor regulations. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, NOCs, permits, and related site records. Arrange gate passes and ensure access control for all project sites. Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth site operations and timely updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements Must have knowledge of construction company operations (site coordination, documentation, manpower, and material management). Proficient in English communication (spoken and written). Skilled in using project management and office software (MS Office, Excel, project tracking tools). Should have a relevant educational background (Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent).
