Project Director Helm Holding WLL

Act as the senior point of accountability for infrastructure and drainage projects, leading all phases from initiation to handover.

Ensure full compliance with project specifications related to deep utilities, surface drainage, sewer networks, and roadworks.

Drive project planning, mobilization, execution, and close-out with a strong focus on civil and infrastructure scopes.

Review and validate all contract documentation and ensure effective communication of project requirements to all stakeholders.

Conduct risk assessments covering technical, commercial, and HSE aspects related to infrastructure and drainage works.

Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations and international engineering standards (e.g., Ashghal, MMUP).

Manage and report on project progress, budget utilization, material logs, and subcontractor performance.

Lead regular site inspections and enforce continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of drainage-related materials and systems.

Support the tendering process by preparing technical inputs, scopes, and material take-offs specific to drainage infrastructure.

Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies; investigate and report incidents, near misses, and ensure timely corrective actions.

Build and mentor a high-performing project team with a strong understanding of drainage and infrastructure works.

Perform additional duties as required by the Operations Manager or executive leadership.
