Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering or construction management of Roadworks and Utilities.

• Must have approvals from Musanda, ADM,AL Dar .

• Should have approvals from TRANSCO, ADNOC, TAQA.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
