Job Title: Project Estimation Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh / Jubail
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project cost estimates, analyze drawings and specifications, and support tendering and bidding activities. The role plays a critical part in pricing strategy, cost control, and ensuring commercially viable project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Develop cost breakdown structures and project budgets.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during estimation.
Obtain, analyze, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and bid submissions.
Identify cost risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.
Maintain historical cost data, benchmarks, and estimation databases.
Support post-award activities, including cost control and variation estimates.
Ensure estimates align with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (ECE or Networking Hardware or Telecom or relevant discipline).
1 to 3 years of experience in project estimation and tendering.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
Experience in GCC projects preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and any estimation software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: SAR 4,000 5,000 (based on experience)
Accommodation: Not Provided by the company
Annual Vacation: 21 days paid leave per year
