Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work on Order Management & Integrations, including Custom Order Management functionality

  • Handle Product & Product Bundling for Telecom implementations
  • Manage Siebel Product & Pricing Administration
    • Product Catalogues & Categories
    • Product Classes & Product Attributes
    • Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility Rules
  • Develop using Siebel eScript, Business Services, VBCs, and Workflows
  • Use SQL & eScript in Product Administration to
    • Correct orders
    • Generate and analyse reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • B.E/B. Tech

Experience:

  • 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop using Siebel Tools:
    • Applets & Views, Business Components, Links/Joins
    • Picklists, MVGs, Workspaces, Containers & latest release processes

Mandatory Skills:

  • Telecom domain experience
  • Strong knowledge of Product & Product Bundling
  • Hands-on Siebel Pricing Administration (Product Catalogues & Categories)
  • Experience with Product Classes, Attributes, Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility rules
  • Custom Order Management functionality
  • Strong SQL + eScript (especially in Product Administration)
