Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, using project management tools to track progress and report on status.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively analyzing potential issues and implementing appropriate contingency plans.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration, address roadblocks, and ensure that all team members are aligned on project milestones.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that team members are effectively utilized and that project timelines are adhered to.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential to understand project dynamics.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects within the technology or engineering sectors is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is necessary to facilitate efficient project tracking and reporting.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset for international projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for navigating complex project challenges effectively.
