We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to play a key role in building and sustaining strong project management capability across the Emirates Group.

This is a 36-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai, with 5 days per week in the office.

The Project Management Specialist supports the successful delivery of the Cloud ERP programme by providing structured planning, governance, reporting, financial tracking, and coordination across functional and technical workstreams. The role ensures alignment of activities to programme milestones, manages interdependencies, and enables informed decision-making to support successful Cloud ERP implementation and business readiness.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain the integrated Cloud ERP programme plan, ensuring alignment across functional, technical, data, testing, and change workstreams.
  • Monitor scope, milestones, critical path activities, and dependencies to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Track and manage programme-level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional Cloud ERP workstreams to manage interdependencies and resolve delivery conflicts.
  • Prepare consolidated status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive reporting for governance forums and steering committees.
  • Support financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control across the Cloud ERP programme.
  • Ensure adherence to programme governance, stage gates, quality controls, and Cloud ERP implementation methodology.
  • Facilitate programme meetings, design workshops, and decision forums, capturing actions and ensuring follow-through.
  • Support go-live planning, readiness tracking, and post-implementation stabilisation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • 5+ years proven experience in project management, programme support, or capability development roles within complex organisational environments.
  • Professional certification in one or more recognised project management disciplines, such as CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
  • Practical experience delivering ERP or transformation programmes
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Strong proficiency in project and business tools, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, and SharePoint or equivalent collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent planning, communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
