Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client, a specialist in flour milling, wishes to develop a new business renting silos for wheat storage to farmers and other players in the agri-food sector. The Project Director will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational development of this business, in conjunction with internal teams and external partners.
Main tasks:
Strategic development:
- develop the business development plan for silo rental.
- Identify market opportunities and define target customer segments (farmers, cooperatives, processors).
Marketing et commercial :
- D. Define the commercial offer (prices, rental conditions, associated services).
- D. Develop communication and promotion tools for the service.
Operational and financial monitoring:
- Monitor performance indicators (silo occupancy rates, sales figures, customer satisfaction).
- Contribute to budget preparation and monitor the project's profitability.
Monitoring and compliance:
- Ensure that the facilities comply with health and safety standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments related to grain storage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in project management, business, agri-food or agricultural engineering.
Exp rience :
- Minimum 5 years in project management, ideally in the milling sector or silo management.
Experience in business development or industrial infrastructure management is appreciated.
