Project Manager - Commercial Kitchen Builtrite Group

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for commercial kitchen installations or renovation projects.

Coordinate all phases of the project—from initiation to completion—ensuring full alignment with client requirements and company quality standards.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to finalize kitchen designs, layouts, and technical specifications.

Review kitchen layouts, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans, ventilation systems, and custom fabrication drawings for accuracy and feasibility.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Address client feedback and modifications to project scope, adjusting plans, budgets, and timelines as necessary.

Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key project partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, maintaining cost control and ensuring adherence to approved financial limits.

Identify and evaluate potential project risks—including delays, budget issues, and safety concerns—and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, change orders, and scope adjustments.

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients, outlining progress, costs, risks, and any project updates.
