Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Track progress against key deliverables and adjust schedules as needed to keep projects on course.
• Milestone & Progress Tracking
• Monitor the completion of project tasks and milestones.
• Ensure progress is documented, visible, and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain transparency through regular reporting and dashboard updates.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies early.
• Maintain a risk register and ensure timely mitigation or escalation of issues.
• Support teams in problem-solving to minimize delivery impact.
• Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
• Serve as the central point of contact for project communications.
• Prepare and deliver clear updates on status, risks, and next steps to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Resource & Task Coordination
• Coordinate the efforts of team members to ensure smooth execution.
• Support resource planning and manage workload distribution across contributors.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
• Provide management with concise and actionable summaries of project health, blockers, and achievements.
