Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in RTA infrastructure and construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with RTA standards, timelines, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage RTA-related construction projects from mobilization to handover.
Coordinate with RTA, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with authority requirements.
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to RTA specifications, procedures, approvals, and permit requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Review and manage technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and RFIs.
Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Manage claims, variations, and change control in coordination with commercial teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
10–15 years of total experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
Proven hands-on experience managing RTA projects in Dubai is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of RTA standards, specifications, approval processes, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working with main contractors on roads, bridges, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
