Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Program Management

  • Drive planning, tracking, and execution of high-impact projects across Gulf operations.
  • Build project charters, define success metrics, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Coordinate with academic, business, HR, and marketing functions for seamless delivery.
  • Ensure timely closure of key decisions and leadership priorities.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, milestones, and project health.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas; drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare concise business reviews and data-backed insights for leadership.

Operational Efficiency & Governance

  • Standardize processes and documentation across teams.
  • Institutionalize review mechanisms and maintain visibility on progress.
  • Maintain strong follow-up systems and execution discipline.

Problem Solving & Decision Support

  • Apply first-principle thinking to address operational and strategic challenges.
  • Conduct analysis and build data-driven recommendations for key decisions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.).
  • MBA or equivalent exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3 6 years of experience in strategy, program management, or operations.
