Project Manager BUREAU VERITAS -DUBAI BR

Establish and implement project governance structure, communication pathways, and reporting protocols.

Coordinate and manage all project activities among the Employer, Contractor(s), authorities, and vendors.

Organize, chair, and document weekly and monthly project progress meetings; issue Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and manage all formal project correspondence.

Proactively identify project risks and issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain and regularly update all project registers, including:

• Risk register

• Issue register

• Decision register

• Action tracker

• Change management register

• Interface register

• Lessons learned register

Provide full-time, site-based supervision covering all engineering disciplines.

Monitor daily construction, installation, and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Review, evaluate, and approve:

• Method statements

• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

• Lifting plans

• Transportation and erection procedures

• Temporary works designs

• Traffic management plans

Conduct regular site inspections and audits; issue NCRs, SORs, and CARs as required.

Coordinate all installation activities and ensure proper interface management between various project packages.

Coordinate closely with Employer-appointed subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
