Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Manage all phases of fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Manage site execution, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Review and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
- Handle procurement and logistics of materials and subcontractors.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out project management in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
