Senior Manager - Projects & Maintenance AL MOAYYED INTERNATIONAL GROUP

Engineering graduates from Instrumentation background with a minimum of 15 years’ experience having managed EPC Projects in Water & Wastewater Segment including STPs. Handling all E & I work from engineering, procurement, construction to commissioning. Should have the skills in project-based Planning, administration, reporting and execution.

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for I&C systems in water and wastewater treatment plants.

• Project Management including Scope, Schedule, Cost, Planning & Control, Quality and HSE, Engineering, procurement, construction of assigned projects from initiation to close out.

• Develop appropriate resources and have strategic partners to target major projects, maintenance activities particularly in Wastewater, Water segments and maintenance services.

• Review Estimation and provide appropriate inputs to ensure a healthy success rate in bid.

• Manage, Monitor and Control the Projects to ensure delivery as per agreed timelines, cost/budget.

• Oversee project takes off as per approved project plan and monitors progress of all projects.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Ensure all contracts are executed properly and billing cycles, profitability maintained.

• Assist Management in manpower planning and cost-effective functions.

• Preparation of reports to management on various projects under execution, their progress status, Invoicing status, issues requiring higher management intervention.

• Ensuring Safety and Quality at site as per the company and client standards Submitting monthly reports including site activities progress, hold ups and concerns.
