Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of villa, building, and tower projects. Manages project schedule, cost, quality, HSE, subcontractors, and coordination with client, consultant, and authorities. Ensures contractual compliance, reporting, and timely delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E Civil Engineering. PMP preferred. Minimum 15+ years experience in UAE civil contracting with villas, buildings, and high-rise towers.
