Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the MEP strategy for the SBG in alignment with business priorities, sustainability targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee planning, design validation, technical approvals, and execution oversight of MEP services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, BMS, and ELV systems across all projects.
  • Ensure the integration of MEP systems with structural, architectural, and finishing works through proactive design coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Standardize technical specifications, drawings, and quality benchmarks across projects to ensure consistency, safety, and performance.
  • Drive value engineering, energy efficiency, and smart system adoption in MEP design and installation, reducing lifecycle costs and improving environmental performance.
