Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Executive – Real Estate & Construction Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by:

  • Acquiring residential and commercial properties for short-term rental management (Airbnb-style)

  • Selling turnkey construction, interior design, office partitioning, and fit-out projects

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to build strong relationships, and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach property owners for short-term rental management agreements

  • Negotiate management contracts and revenue share models

  • Source clients for construction, fit-out, and interior design projects

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals

  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of clients and properties

  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 2–5 years of sales experience in real estate, construction, or fit-out projects

  2. Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills

  3. UAE driving license preferred

  4. Self-motivated with a proven track record of closing deals
