Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Executive – Real Estate & Construction Solutions
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by:
Acquiring residential and commercial properties for short-term rental management (Airbnb-style)
Selling turnkey construction, interior design, office partitioning, and fit-out projects
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to build strong relationships, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach property owners for short-term rental management agreements
Negotiate management contracts and revenue share models
Source clients for construction, fit-out, and interior design projects
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
Maintain and grow a pipeline of clients and properties
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of sales experience in real estate, construction, or fit-out projects
Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills
UAE driving license preferred
Self-motivated with a proven track record of closing deals
