Property Consultant (Russian Speaker) Fidu Properties

Fidu Properties is looking for a Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

• Provide real estate services to clients, focusing on sales and leasing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Stay updated on market trends and property regulations.
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Manage RERA ID.
• Manage leads.
• Utilize CRM systems.
• Prepare and present property proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Prepare reports.

Working Hours:

• 6 working days a week, 9 hours a day, with breaks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Ability to work with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
