We are looking for a hands-on *Property Manager* to own day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the UAE. The role is responsible for *operational excellence, owner coordination, guest experience, compliance, and financial discipline*, ensuring properties are always guest-ready and commercially optimized. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage daily property operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance). * Ensure units are *fully furnished, compliant, and ready for check-in* at all times. * Act as the *single point of contact for property owners*; manage handovers, snag lists, and commitments. * Drive *guest satisfaction*, handle escalations, and close issues promptly. * Track *occupancy, ADR, revenue, and cost leakage* at property level. * Coordinate with finance on *collections, invoicing, refunds, and reconciliations*. * Ensure compliance with *DET/DTCM, Civil Defence, Ejari, and local regulations*. * Support licence issuance, renewals, and inspections. * Manage vendors and assets (FF&E, AMCs, preventive maintenance). * Ensure accurate use of PMS and systems (bookings, inventory, check-ins).
