Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to assess condition, size, and location, ensuring accurate valuation based on current market trends.
  • Analyze comparable sales data and market statistics to provide detailed reports that justify valuation conclusions.
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, building strong relationships to enhance service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced insights.

  • Professional certifications such as MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent are highly desirable for credibility in the field.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in property valuation or real estate appraisal to ensure a deep understanding of market dynamics.

  • Experience in both residential and commercial property valuation to provide a well-rounded perspective on various property types.
