Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full proposal lifecycle for upstream, downstream, or EPC oil & gas projects.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to compile technical and cost proposals.
Develop proposal strategies, risk assessments, and pricing models.
Ensure adherence to client requirements, industry standards, and internal quality standards.
Coordinate proposal team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
Prepare and review technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proposal records and lessons learned for future opportunities.
Liaise with clients and subcontractors during proposal development.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Over 15 years in proposal management within the oil & gas sector.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, technical writing, negotiation, and project management skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of oil & gas project scopes, EPC contracting, and bidding processes.
Additional: Experience with international oil & gas projects preferred.
