Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees in compliance with UAE regulations
Monitor, track, and renew employee residence permits to ensure uninterrupted legal status
Manage visa processing for employees’ dependents, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations
Handle cancellation procedures for employee and dependent visas, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Liaise with UAE immigration authorities and other government entities on employment and business-related matters
Coordinate medical, legal, and police procedures in exceptional situations (e.g., employee or family member death cases)
Oversee company trade licenses and government documentation, including renewals with relevant authorities (DED, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, etc.)
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on visa regulations and government procedures
Maintain accurate records of all visa, licensing, and government transactions
Ensure compliance with UAE laws by staying up to date with regulatory changes and implementing required updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Age: 30–40 years old .
Proven experience in PRO duties and driving is a must
Valid UAE driving license (Manual & Automatic)
Knowledge of UAE locations and government procedures
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Presentable, customer-friendly, and professional attitude
Hardworking, honest, and proactive
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Can join immediately
