Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


To undertake all the activities for official submission/collection of application, approval and timely processing of various visas documents. Follow and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure for processing delivery of assigned services.

· Processing all documentation for employee as per UAE regulations (visas etc.)

. Tas-heel, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA system typing experience.

· Arranging all entry & exit formalities of employees for Govt. bodies

· Coordinate with various dept. heads as and when required

· Generating monthly reports

· Handling Companies Legal issues

· Coordinating with HRD for staff Permit renewal.

· Labor departments & immigration work.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor of arts, diploma or any relevant qualification.

· 3 years of UAE experience in the same position(transaction typist) in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK etc.

. Arabic & fluency in English is a must.
