Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sending RFQs
Perform Supplier Evaluation
Creation and updation of Vendor codes
Conduct negotiations with suppliers ( price / evaluate contracts)
Adherence to Central Purchase guidelines
Creation of Supplier pool and observe local market
Meet Deadlines, Follow up of orders
Prepare and Maintain saving sheet
Price negotiation
Contract Management, AMC Contracts
Market Research , Risk Management, Documentation
Create comparison matrix, demand scales and monitoring dates close cooperation with ordering departments
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of Purchase Procedures and experience in organizations involved in Production
Candidates with exposure to Supply chain Management will be an added advantage
Commercial Relations in Industrial Purchasing
Know how of Purchasing Law
Proficient in MS office
Working knowledge of ERP system for purchase processes
Excellent Communication skills in English
Degree in Business Administration. Purchase/ Procurement /Supply Chain Certifications
UAE Driving License will be an advantage
Flexibility to work from Dubai or Fujairah offices will be preferable
