Roles & Responsibilities

Purchasing Officer

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable professional to manage our supply chain. If you have a sharp eye for quality and a head for numbers, we want to hear from you.


The Role

You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that the Front and Back of House have exactly what they need, when they need it. You will handle the full purchasing cycle from placing orders to verifying deliveries and managing stock.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Ordering

  • Keep us stocked: Prepare purchase requests and place orders with approved suppliers promptly.

  • Precision is key: Ensure all pricing, quantities, and specifications align perfectly with our operational needs.

  • Stay ahead: Track delivery schedules and proactively follow up to prevent any stock shortages.

  • Connect the team: Maintain clear, constant communication with management regarding requirements.

Receiving & Documentation

  • Quality Control: Verify every delivered item against the purchase order. If the quantity or quality isn't right, you don't accept it.

  • System Management: Record all deliveries, invoices, and credit notes accurately in our system.

  • Problem Solving: Flag discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately and coordinate resolutions with suppliers.

  • Stay Organized: Maintain a flawless filing system for all procurement documents.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Stock Management: Support weekly and monthly stock counts with accurate data entry and reconciliation.

  • Smart Analysis: Monitor key items and suggest reorders based on actual consumption patterns.

  • Standards: Ensure proper storage labeling and rotation, strictly following food safety standards.

  • Finance Support: Work closely with the accounts team to ensure invoices and supporting documents are submitted on time.


Your Profile
  • Experience: 2 3 years in purchasing, procurement, or storekeeping within Hospitality or F&B.

  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of supplier processes, invoicing, and order cycles.

  • Skills: You are comfortable with inventory systems, Excel, and documentation management.

  • Personality: You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with accuracy even under time pressure.
