Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage assigned indirect purchase requests of local spare parts including requesting quotations and choosing the best quotation to proceed with a purchase order.
Follow up delivery of spare parts and maintenance cases to ensure delivering to requester on time
Develop and maintain a supplier relationship and ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in compliance with the purchasing policy.
Finalize payments for suppliers in coordination with the finance department whether through cheques, bank transfers,.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within a relevant industry.
Saudi citizen
KSA Driving rules & regulations.
KSA Taxes rules & regulations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
