Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and standards, specifically those mandated by TAQA/DEWA, for all project phases.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials, workmanship, and processes to guarantee compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to facilitate quality-related discussions and provide technical guidance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Performing QA/QC inspections on GIS, power transformers, MV Panels and protection/control equipment in compliance with TAQA standards. Reviewing and managing Material inspection requests and work inspection requests. Coordinating with TAQA consultants to ensure Time approvals and quality compliance
TAQA/DEWA competent person certificate for 132Kv and/or above substation works (Transmission Side). If not, at least QA/QC experience in 132Kv and above substation works
