Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement detailed quality control plans tailored to specific projects or processes.
- Document inspection findings meticulously, providing clear reports that highlight any discrepancies or non-conformities.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
QA/QC Mechanical Inspector (Nos‑02) - QA/QC Mechanical Inspector (Nos‑01) for Third party Inspection
We are hiring an experienced QA/QC Mechanical Inspector for Oil & Gas / EPC projects. The role requires strong technical inspection skills, knowledge of international standards, and the ability to work across multiple sites in a single day.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
10+ years’ experience in mechanical inspection within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Construction.
ADNOC/ARAMCO approval preferred.
Certifications: API, ASME/AWS, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI, NDT Level II (RT/UT/MT/PT), NEBOSH/IOSH (advantage).
Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, ISO standards.
Experience inspecting piping, valves, pumps, tanks, static & rotating equipment.
