Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 documentation (procedures, forms, controlled records).

  • Design QA/QC plans (CRMs, blanks, duplicates), monitor trends, investigate outliers.

  • Manage nonconformities, CAPA, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification.

  • Coordinate internal audits and support external audits/client assessments.

  • Support method verification/validation and measurement uncertainty work.

  • Maintain training/competency records and quality KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc Chemistry/Quality/related.

  • 5–8+ years in mining lab QA/QC and ISO/IEC 17025 environment.

  • Strong data analysis skills and documentation discipline.
