Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs on QA/QC methodologies, ensuring practical application through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios.

  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback analysis, and performance metrics, proactively adjusting content and delivery for optimal learning outcomes.

  • Teach specialized procedures like Inspection Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and non-conformance reports (NCR).

  • Ensure all training aligns with industry standards such as ISO

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in quality assurance and control, incorporating them into training materials.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation, including manuals, guides, and visual aids, to serve as valuable resources for trainees.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction industry.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance/control, with previous experience in training or instructional roles

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
