QA/QC Engineer – Water Features, Cooling & Metering Systems Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Sector: Water Features, Cooling Systems & Utility / Metering Works

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality compliance across construction and installation activities related to water features, cooling systems, and metering systems in Qatar. The role requires hands-on site experience, strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, and the ability to work closely with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities—particularly on Ashghal-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract requirements

• Conduct inspections and quality checks for water features, cooling systems, and metering installations

• Prepare, review, and submit ITPs, method statements, MIRs, WIRs, and related QA/QC documentation

• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, approved submittals, and standards

• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals

• Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover activities

• Identify non-conformances (NCRs), implement corrective actions, and follow up on closures

• Maintain QA/QC records, logs, and as-built documentation

• Ensure compliance with Ashghal, QCS, and project-specific quality requirements
