Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of QHSE management systems, ensuring alignment with international standards like ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses across all operational areas, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to prevent incidents and ensure compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive QHSE training programs, fostering a culture of safety and environmental awareness throughout the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.

  • 1–3 years of experience

  • BSC./MSC in Microbiology/Biology and HACCP Level 3 certification required.
