Responsibilities:

• Quality Management of Raw Materials and Finished Products
• Define and control the specifications of raw materials, ingredients and packaging
• Ensure the conformity of finished products to quality standards (visual, organoleptic, etc.) and customer requirements
• Set up quality tests to verify the conformity of products during production
• Implementation and Management of Quality Management Systems
• Implement, manage and improve internal quality systems (ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.)
• Ensure the conformity of production processes with food safety standards
• Carry out internal and external audits to guarantee compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
• Control and Monitoring of Manufacturing Procedures
• Control and validate the key steps in the manufacturing process to ensure their conformity with quality standards
• Participate in the implementation of quality procedures in production and packaging lines
• Supervise the management of non-conformities and define the necessary corrective and preventive actions
• Management of Customer Complaints
• Follow up on customer quality complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Analyze the root causes of complaints and work with the teams concerned to avoid their recurrence
• Communicate with customers on the corrective measures taken in the event of non-compliance
• Quality Training and Awareness
• Train and raise awareness among production teams on good manufacturing practices and quality requirements
• Ensure the regular updating of training on quality standards and new procedures
• Promote a culture of quality within the company
• Monitoring of Quality Indicators
• Set up and monitor performance indicators related to quality (compliance rate, number of complaints, customer returns, etc.)
• Analyze quality data and propose areas for improvement for the optimization of processes
• Provide regular reports on quality performance to the operations director

Formation: Bac +5 in quality, agri-food, or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, preferably in the agri-food industry

Languages: French, English (a third language is a plus)

Key skills:

• In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
