Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality Control ( Fresh Food )to ensure the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables from receiving to display, in line with company standards and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect fresh fruits and vegetables upon receiving.
  • Monitor storage conditions and product freshness.
  • Ensure proper handling, rotation, and hygiene standards.
  • Identify and reject non-conforming products.
  • Support the team in maintaining high fresh food quality standards.
  • Experience in fresh food / fresh produce quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of fruits and vegetables freshness indicators and shelf-life management.
  • Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
  • High attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
  • Food safety certification is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in fresh food / fresh produce quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of fruits and vegetables freshness indicators and shelf-life management.
  • Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
