Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and final outputs.
- Plan the schedule of inspections and tests
- Analyze and document test results, identify defects, and ensure rework or rejection as necessary.
- Calibrate, maintain and install testing equipment.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze complaints to identify quality improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, defense/marine industry standards, and company quality requirements.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to integrate quality requirements.
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS).
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Skills & Certification
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Electrical preferable or Mechanical.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. Preferable
- Six Sigma Green Belt. Preferable
- Good attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
