Quality Head - Facade

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with company standards and project specifications.

Oversee and manage all quality control activities in façade production, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Lead a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, ensuring effective execution of inspection and test plans (ITPs).

Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and installation teams to ensure quality requirements are met at every stage.

Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure all façade materials and components comply with international standards (ASTM, EN, AAMA) and project-specific requirements.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation — reports, calibration records, test results, and audit findings.

Support client and third-party inspections, mock-up testing, and performance verification.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization within the production unit.

In-depth knowledge of façade systems, aluminum & glass production processes, and relevant testing standards.

Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management frameworks.

Proven experience in QA/QC leadership within façade or manufacturing industries.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and ensure zero-compromise quality.

Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with ERP or QMS software is an advantage.
