Job Description

As a Quality Inspector specializing in stators and rotors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. The job requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to assess and inspect stators and rotors at various stages of the production process. The purpose of this position is to ensure that all components are manufactured according to specified dimensions, material requirements, and customer specifications. You will be involved in conducting rigorous inspections, analyzing data, and communicating results with the production team to maintain a consistent level of quality. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to address quality issues effectively. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of stators and rotors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for inspection purposes.
  • Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to perform detailed inspections.
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformities in components.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records of findings.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during the inspection process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on quality inspection techniques and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, production teams, and other stakeholders about quality matters.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using manual and automated measurement tools essential.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and technical specifications necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
