Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control of raw materials, products in process and finished products, in order to guarantee compliance with physico-chemical, microbiological and hygienic standards.
- Perform physico-chemical and microbiological analyses on raw materials, products in process of manufacture and finished products.
- To verify product compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in the development and updating of quality procedures and protocols.
- Write up analysis reports and archive the results for monitoring and traceability.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Collaborating with production departments to ensure product quality and safety
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced training in food industries, biology, chemistry or other fields related to quality control.
- Proven experience in a quality control laboratory, with physico-chemical and microbiological analyses.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality procedures.
- Rigour, organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
- Resident in or near Nac ria.
- Workplace : Boumerdes Province , Nac ria municipality
