Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain systematic trading strategies in crypto markets
- Iterate and optimize parameter choices through rigorous back-testing and scenario analysis
- Monitor model performance, produce quantitative insights, and partner with engineering for production handoff
- Partner with developers and engineers to implement new strategies and updates to existing strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
How Do We Picture You:
- Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and comfort with SQL and version control
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Practical understanding of financial markets and derivatives
- Working knowledge of statistics, Monte Carlo methods, stochastic calculus, optimization, and time-series analysis
