Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative fragrance concepts aligned with market trends and consumer preferences, pushing the boundaries of olfactory artistry.
  • Conduct comprehensive fragrance evaluations, including stability testing, performance analysis, and sensory assessments, ensuring product excellence.
  • Manage and optimize fragrance formulas, collaborating with perfumers to refine compositions and achieve desired scent profiles.
  • Lead and execute fragrance research projects, exploring new raw materials, technologies, and fragrance applications, contributing to innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related scientific field, providing a robust foundation in fragrance science.
  • Holds relevant certifications in perfumery or fragrance evaluation, demonstrating specialized expertise and industry recognition.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience within the fragrance or flavor industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of fragrance creation, raw materials, and fragrance technologies, possessing an extensive knowledge base.
