• Certification: AAPC's CPC or AHIMA's CCA or CCS
• Experience:2-5 years of experience in a healthcare insurance management role, specifically within the UAE or Dubai healthcare ecosystem, is essential.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE's healthcare and insurance regulations, especially those from the DHA.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in insurance management software and other relevant technological applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are crucial.
