Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized files for properties, transactions, and client communications, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and market trends to assist management in strategy development.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally.
- Assist in managing the office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new agents, providing training on office systems and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, providing guidance and support to the team as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar position, demonstrating industry knowledge.
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems, enabling efficient management of client and property data.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating resourcefulness in addressing challenges.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic, reflecting a commitment to achieving team goals and client satisfaction.
Cultural sensitivity and fluency in multiple languages preferred, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Must have experience working with a real estate agency with knowledge of preparing documentation such as contracts, client KYC, ability to manage CRM software, knows how to work with Trakeeshi system and Dubai REST, lead tracking, database management, listing creation on portals such as bayut/dubizzle and also on company website, compliance, etc...
