Roles & Responsibilities
Make calls to property owners and buyers
Manage Property Listings
Conduct Property Viewings
Advise Clients on Market Conditions and Pricing
Negotiate Offers and Close Deals
Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients professionally
Coordinate with Developers, Mortgage Providers, and Legal Advisors
Stay Updated with Market Knowledge
Uphold Professional Image and Customer Service Standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Comfortable working in fully commission-based (no fixed salary)
Proven Sales Skills and Target-Driven Mindset
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Abilities
Professional Appearance and Positive Attitude
Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market (Preferred but not mandatory)
Strong Networking and Relationship-Building Skills
Self-Motivated and Able to Work Independently
