Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, follow-ups, and client meetings.
Generate leads through calls, marketing activities, and networking.
Maintain and update property listings across online platforms.
Support negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, communities, and pricing.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, inquiries, and client interactions.
Promote company listings through social media and marketing channels.
Attend training sessions to learn real estate processes, sales techniques, and market best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh candidates with no prior real estate experience.
Currently inside the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Motivated, committed, and eager to learn the real estate business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and professional in appearance.
Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a target‑based environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
