Roles & Responsibilities
We’re hiring ambitious Real Estate Agents to join a fast-growing brokerage environment in Dubai, working with luxury residential, off-plan, and high-value investment properties.
What you’ll be working with
-Luxury residential & off-plan properties
-High-net-worth international clients and investors
-Premium listings in Dubai’s top locations
-Both company-generated inbound leads and your own deals

-High commission structure:
-Starting from 40 scaling up to 75% based on performance and deal value
-Clear, transparent commission rules — no surprises

-Regular training & onboarding support
-Visa sponsorship & health insurance
Desired Candidate Profile
-Motivated, sales-driven real estate agents
-Experience in Dubai real estate is a plus, but not mandatory
-Strong communication & negotiation skills
-Serious about building a long-term career in Dubai
