Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai
- Handle and close off-plan property sales (mandatory requirement)
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation
- Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and competitor activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of Real Estate experience in the UAE
- Mandatory: Minimum 1+ year of Off-Plan Sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with Dubai property regulations and RERA guidelines (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
