Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main advisor for clients on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
  • Provide professional property viewings, presentations, and tours.

Market Expertise

  • Stay up to date with Dubai s real estate market trends, property laws, and new project launches.
  • Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, market prices, and investment strategies.

Sales & Negotiations

  • Handle inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up consistently.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and mortgage providers to finalize transactions.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Guide clients through RERA regulations, contracts, and property transfer processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to legal requirements.

Business Development

  • Generate new leads via networking, referrals, events, and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database.
